Cordial Insurance Group is seeking motivated and licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Agents for a flexible remote opportunity serving clients throughout Texas. Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines insurance products including auto, home, renters, condo, landlord, and umbrella policies
• Sell commercial lines insurance products including general liability, property, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, and business owners’ policies
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up
• Quote and bind policies with multiple insurance carriers
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional customer service
• Comply with Agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of Property & Casualty insurance sales experience preferred
• Commercial lines experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
